Ross Express is pleased to provide a simple on-line bill of lading form that you may complete on-line and send to your printer. We suggest that you print two copies—one for our driver and one for your records. If completing more than one bill of lading in the same on-line session, the form will retain your shipper name and address information after being cleared with the “Click to Clear Form” button. You may also save this bill of lading form to your own computer for more convenient future use, but the shipper name and address will not be saved unless you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat installed on your PC. It should be noted that all shippers must comply with the applicable regulations of the Department of Transportation on hazardous materials shipments, and that all shipments are subject to the terms, conditions, rules, regulations and provisions of the currently-effective National Motor Freight Classification.
